Just want to post about a few setups for 6-2 FPG which might be of interest:

The first one, and the newest is the most lenient:

Full jump on either frame 3 or 4, ensuring you fall off the pipe at walking speed, then regaining running speed when you land on the ground by holding B mid-air after falling off the pipe (see video for example).

Frame 3 results in B/3 flashing and gets D60 with D70 inputs, and Frame 4 results in D/5 flashing and gets D70 with EC0 inputs. One thing I should mention is D70 can be achieved on Frame 5 with C40 however if you're doing this in an IL please note that you can get hit by the Koopa with bad coin toss.

(Note: This setup gets R00, thus SlowPG will result in R19 or R20)

The second is essentially Pallidus 8-3 FPG with the frame perfect B-Press (view images below for cues) to get flashing F/7 and doing D70 inputs to get FPG with 2 frames to spare.

This setup provides the best feedback to whether you are set up or not, as on the perfect frame the piranha plant in the pipe shown below will be despawned.

I also found an FPG setup, which goes like this:

Frames are based on being E into 6-2

Do a full jump on frame 216 from on top of the row of bricks above the big pit before the two pipes with piranhas kinda near the end of the level. D+R off the platform you land on, and you get F7 flashing and get D70 if you do topstep. You get like 14 frames to spare, so SlowPG is not a problem.
