I can't make a category extensions page so for the extensions go to the Misc. tab for more extra fun categories !

Walkathon category extension has been added!

Quick announcement, We are going to expand Walkathon and AISSON to the patched version soon but for now, only Any% No 1-3 is accepted. Aka, Any% Patch.

Softlock and Pacifist categorys have been added!

Update regarding 1-3 IL: You are no longer allowed to submit runs that start the level with a power-up.

I have just resigned from the team of mods. I am grateful I could be a mod.

As the newest addition to the Petscop !! moderator team, I want to clean up the speedrun.com page and make rule changes such as forbidding the usage of mobile emulators. As I make changes, I will edit this message and list any and all of my changes here. If you have any objections to changes made, please let me know; the success of this community depends upon the speedrunners, and I would like to make sure any changes made are for the benefit of the community.

-Updated the resources section: the .ips patches were actually made available for download, and the description for Niftski's splits was updated.
-Removed forum posts containing ROM links. I know it doesn't matter all that much, but I want to make sure there aren't any ROM downloads per SRC rules.
-Changed the subcategory names from "Any%" and "Any% Patch" to "Original" and "Fixed", respectively. I did this because I think it sounds better, but this one might be controversial, so let me know if you want it changed back.
-Updated the game rules, outlining that mobile emulators are not allowed, and updated various category rules. An audit of mobile runs will occur at a later time.

Hey, just wondering will the Softlock category still allow AISSON or will you change that rule eventually

@skeeterskeeter I personally think it's lame that AISSON is allowed, but if the community likes it then I'll keep it. Or maybe I could separate the Softlock category into a category where AISSON is allowed and one where it isn't.
