What do you have planned for the next version, and what is the estimated time of release?
when not standing still it's a very useful move! but maybe not in this remake, you may be right :)
DS version definitely didn't drop it. Also, IIRC the fastest non-glitchy movement in both games involves slide kicks, plus they have useful attacking physics.
Also, sorry if this is a dumb question, but surely you can use the swimming models from other games?
@SlushPuppy the "fastest" might be correct, but if we talk about USEFUL, than i'd say "no, only in tas"...see thie shere e.g. 1) you could never execute this in rta, only one frame of failure-input and everything is destroyed...plus 2) in the game a that long line/distance of straight movement simply doesnt exist...but yeah, the fastest it is indeed :)
Oh, also, Whomp King needs to be fixed. The hit registering is awful, the AI is broken (e.g. sometimes it will instantly turn around), and the player often gets hit out of bounds.
Hopefully Bowser 1 is added soon-ish, it'd be nice to have some sort of objective other than 'just get all of the stars'. Either way, is there any rough idea of a release date for the next update?
