Are there x-cam timer and "don't stop the timer at the 100 coin star" codes? Iotku's page doesn't list these, and since x-cam and to a lesser extent 2nd star 100c is basically standard now, it's kind of annoying not having an in-game timer which does those things.

I've found a code, and I post it here for the convenience of anyone else looking for it: an x-cam timer code which doesn't stop at 100c or bowser stars.
