- is framewalking allowed in 70 star?
- can you pause during the run (i have a switch lite and i want to run 70 star but what if my console battery runs out)
- Will ILs and Individual stars/shines be added?
Podz that means if it is paused we have to count for how long its paused and then add it to the run lenght?
Like: Run: 1:07:12 Paused: 13s Time Submitted: 1:07:25
But what if i want to finish it the next day?
Sunshine ILs only moved to a spreadsheet, which would be a fine way to implement them for 3DAS too imo. SRC's level leaderboards were bad enough for one game, I can't imagine setting them up for 3 different games at once with a single set of categories.
TA has not been allowed for years, adding a subcategory for a different timing method would be impractical. The only people that used TA after RTA became common were Japanese runners who streamed on Nico Live, which required streamers to segment their streams in 30-minute increments. Even though RTA is now the universal standard, you can still run TA, you just can't submit to the leaderboards.
There are some games that use TA timing like Breath of the Wild 100%, but that is because it is on average 24+ hours long. If you are running a game that does not allow for TA timing, either don't submit or grind for a time low enough to be done in a single-segment run.
