I'm late, but it would be a pain to route (due to large amount of collectibles and side missions) and it would be a very long run as well.
It would just be really long and not extremely interesting in my opinion. All races might be an interesting category however.
The 100% route is very long and someone has to have quite the stamina to do that kind of run. It can be pretty boring unless maybe a single segment run might be able to be done. Then again when I first played this on PS3 I was able to get the Platinum in 6 days and that was only playing it for 8 hours a day.
The new proposed rule would be to reject/modify runs for races that don't have skips and are submitted in the no major skips category.
My motivations for this are a variety of reasons you can view in Discord or in the thread, overall I believe it will improve the quality of the leaderboard.
