From this moment on, WR runs will only be approved if there's proof, that be a video with a timer. This is to prevent fraud, even though I don't believe there has been anyone trying to cheat.

Runs that are not WR or close to, will be approved as usual.

You could, technically, have your laptop show a timer and record both the tv and laptop with your phone :) It may not look that great but it's a solution if you can't afford a capture card :)
