Happy to announce the addition of SEGARALLY as a new moderator for the boards.

I'm guilty of not playing or logging in much these days, so having a 2nd mod should help with the speed of approvals.

Also, since I only play on real hardware, I don't have the knowledge to deal with emulator submissions, but he does, so that should be something added in the future and hopefully we'll get more submissions.

Thanks for adding me, and definitely looking forward to helping out and pushing for new records in this underrated game. I will update the rules and post a few new records shortly.
