air speed cap?

There are a couple instances where you can't speed cap, without seeing footage it's hard to say what exactly the problem is. There are three situations where you can't speed cap:
- If you jump from a roll, sonic will be in a state known as "control lock" where the game ignores all left and right inputs until you land
- If you have speed shoes/supersonic
- You're playing as knuckles
