I'm doing a Ban% run, and upon researching it, a lot of people simply opened up a new tab (so as to not break the external sites rule), wrote a word the filter would ban them for (usually the F-bomb, but I'm going for the A-word for being one keystroke less), then copy it from the tab and into the chat, leading to a ban (and completing the run) upon pressing enter.

Is that acceptable?
