This took me way too many attempts. No idea if RNG is optimized given I don't know when the actual death checks are for this, but if they happen every 24 hours, this might be the best RNG possible given it's 1 day after the minimum amount needed to die from starvation.

I wouldn't be surprised if 11:XX or 10:XX is possible, but anything below 9:XX isn't given the 9 minute mark is when starvation occurs.
