This could be used in All Bosses, but I'm not sure as it's very RNG dependent to get.

Hook of dissonance has very niche uses, none of which really align well with speedrunning, as we like to use hooks for momentum and speed rather than teleportation, as the hook of dissonance does not give the player any momentum.

Use it to dodge ML laser, haha?

You could also possibly swap hooks in the inventory, but that's not very convenient, so...
