Made a couple mistakes I can think of (ghost in hallway between Toy Box and Attic and jumping too soon and getting hit by the second saw blade in the barrel) that cost me about half a second (or more because I would've had more health and could've dmg boosted one more trap)

This run is improvable. My Sum of Best is 9:26.68, and I only did the final split ~6 times.
