As you noticed, Rider changed a lot over the past year of updates. Score multipliers are now a full game mechanic, and it would be impossible to put them aside for speedrunning needs.
The mod team is currently thinking this new meta over in order to update the game rules accordingly. For now, all 50 Points and 100 Points runs will remain pending until the new "multiplier rules" are set. We apologize for the wait and thank you for your patience.
