No. Can people PLEASE read the god damn rules before they come and ask these stupid questions? It’s not that hard. The rules literally state, clear as daylight, that the ONLY MODS ALLOWED are Sodium via Fabric (and Optifine for pre-1.16).
You don’t need Forge for either of these, so it’s quite obviously banned.
