I suggest adding milliseconds. This is a 9.487 (first frame after pressing Reset to first frame of the explosion scene) Shoutouts to Ready Steady Yeti for TASing this game. Just have to delay before the second-to-last row in the Frogger section, then hope for the correct RNG on the climbing section.
