I knew that there had to be an unbreaking version of the Any% NMA design! There was only 1 piece that broke, and while that break did help the second vespa squeeze into its flag, I didn't think it was really all that necessary. After about 30 minutes of the second vespa getting stuck inches from its flag I was about to give up, but right before I did, I finally found this design!
