What's the difference between the two categories? I understand Classic doesn't allow Pokédoll on Marowak, but what else? Can we use Manips on Classic? Are Manips banned?

There are rules for each category that you can click and read. However, in classic save + quit is allowed, but you cannot hard reset (only soft reset). manips only work from a hard reset, so there are no manips on classic.
