Timer starts when the item spawns, but I had no head mounted cameras so I paused the video as soon as I heard the door and went back several frames. I know that after the door starts the items are almost always delayed with spawning in (because of spam clicking the door)

Also, side note, you can hear phasmophobia but unfortunately I had trouble with hearing Discord a while back and switched from a virtual audio cable to my speakers so Alex isn't audible D;
