[Patch] 60 FPS + Inputs

From now on it is mandatory to download the 60 FPS patch, as the game doesn't have a limiter and this gives it an advantage on the loading screens, it is necessary to place these files in the game folder but the environment.

As in some more recent Windows you can't access the "launcher.exe" because it gives an error that I still don't know how to fix, but I've found a new alternative for those who want to change the game's commands, I've already made an AHK file available with the patch with the keys already configured my way, if yours is different just change the keys the way you want for those who already know this AutoHotkey program.
