My best run so far (made it to mission 5 and died twice at the end) I have played this game for so long. Then I stopped playing. So now I have been trying to find glitches and strategy's to go faster and survive. The hardest missions so far is mission 3, 5, 6, 9, 11, 12. I have also found a giant skip for mission 11.
