Category Idea: Softlock%

Rules: Softlock the game as quickly as possible. A softock is when you can no longer progress even with the assistance of other glitches aside from doing a quitout.

  • Timing starts first frame you move
  • Timing ends first frame you get softlocked
  • No softlocking/crashing the game by tabbing out during a loading screen.

well this would be a cool categorie imo it isnt to short or to long

Australia

There's a faster way to softlock anyway, the run would be 20 seconds long. but in general picking the exact time when youre softlocked is dumb

Yeah fastest softlock would be going to lab and doing door hop on one of those doors on wernicke hallway. Pretty useless category

Australia

this is another way to softlock fast, no idea which way is fastest

United States

Wallride would be faster probably if you do it really fast.

More important question is useless% when

Australia

useless% is a paradox, it does and doesn't exist at the same time. The more you think about it the less it exists and the less it is thought of the less it becomes. Useless% isn't a category, it's an idea of how far people will go for miniscule things, things that will never matter. The question is if useless% is already here, maybe we haven't noticed it yet, maybe it has already been added, maybe it will never be added. It isn't up to us to decide.
