This shot is actually pretty hard and probably only doable with a keyboard and mouse. You have maybe 2 seconds total to switch weapons, switch shoulders, zoom and then hit the shot, all while adjusting for the helicopter's movement and Snake's hand movement.

But doesn't get any faster than this!
