I felt compelled to take the on-console run below 2:59 just as one of my final stretch goals.

I didn't want or need the perfect run, so here's the record.

I had a random death but with all the timesave of just simply NOT MESSING UP I knew it was fine.

Still, it's always scary when you see a red split in the grindery.

I don't know if I'm going to try to improve this, it IS a misc category after all...But if I find it easy and don't have to study/grind/practice who knows...

But at least I have something in my pocket for a big Speedrun event now as I'm pretty comfy with this clocking in sub-3 on console.

That's one crossed off the list.

And, since this is the first step in my final run on these boards I may as well list what else remains for me here:

Any% (Japanese) - just want a new PB due to the new > 15 minutes of timesave discovered since my original JP WR.

Any% (No Save + Quit) - The stretchiest of the stretch goals. I could see myself burning out and giving up on that one, but it's on the list and I'll give it a shot.

Any% TAS - Want a sub 2:30. Should be cake. This will come after the main goal(s):

Any% (English) - Sub 2:43:29 to be the runner to take the most cumulative time off of the game, to take > 30 minutes off of the original WR...and to become:

Greatest: Lunar the Silver Star Speedrunner of all Time.

I actually have a poster-sized list above my monitor so it's nice to have 1 crossed off.
