I compared the game cinematics in the flash version (Flashpoint 13 Infinity) and web version at 30fps (from the start of the cinematics until the botons appears)

1st cinematic:

Flash: 4.367

Web: 4.300

2nd cinematic:

Flash: 9.867

Web: 9.800

3rd cinematic

Flash: 3.400

Web: 3.267

Last cinematic

Flash: 32.533

Web: 32.533

The difference is 8 frames (0.264 seconds)

Maybe this happens in this flashpoint update, but I'm not sure
