I'm assuming for a 100% even on an individual level run that it means you get the map, thereby completing everything in the level(?). One of the bigger RNG parts of this level is the Brute's pathing at the fountain part. You want him to run towards you so the bag pickup is easy. Sometimes the orc next to him doesn't die in one hit either, which isn't too fun. The other RNG, as is with any%, is lots of enemies blocking near the end, and also if the enemies open the double doors.
