As the rules state, the timer should start on the title screen.

There's a noticeable delay between the transition from the title screen to level 1, along with a freeze time before Dave begins moving. I believe this needs clarification and reinforcement.

In my runs, as well as previous runs from other runners, the timer begins on the frame when the transition starts. However, in the most recent world record by OmarKadiri, the timer starts on the frame that Dave begins to move. This results in an almost half a second time save, which may not matter now but could be significant in future runs.

I agree something needs to be done. Either we adjust Omar's time to 6:22 to account for the title transition or we start the clock when Dave moves from now on.
