I'm planning a SS playthrough next month and noticed that PSX isnt even listed. I did a SS playthrough of the PSX FF6 a while ago; just trying to have one out there since the version exists.

Ok...sorry to be a bother. Would you mind me running it on pstv instead? I don't particary need to...just don't know which emulator would be most accepted. Want to do this legit. I hear pstv is disallowed for cross so if you don't want a pstv run would you mind suggesting a legit emulator? I think I currently have epsxe loaded up. Thanks for the help!

PSTV should be fine. I'm personally not well versed in PSX speedrunning, but PSTV doesn't seem to be disallowed for Chrono Cross..

Edit: Actually OK, the PSTV decision seems to be more nuanced than that in CC. BUT for Chrono Trigger, it's gonna go ahead and be a non-issue. (In other words, go for it)
