updated version of the original CutsceneSkip script for AHK, which checks if window is in focus, and mouse pointer is visible (allowing scroll wheel to work in menus) this version also adds a macro key bound to Z by default, which was said to be allowed when discussed with the mods.

also includes compiled script, which can run as a standalone exe and doesn't require AHK to be installed
