Nope. No one can. Any% timing has changed so much over the last year, and the category is a joke. People just post runs without timing them properly and mods don't care. Because the category is stupid. Don't run any%.

For instance, look at the new "WR" it's not even possible to get .020, the animation happens at 60 fps .033 is the theoretical minimum.

Edit: it's two frames long, hence .033
