I want to submit a run of one of the DLC shrines, but I have already done it. Can I still submit the run? I am confused by the rules.

REALLY!?! What if I have already gotten some of the chests? The rules say: The Shrine must be completely untouched before starting. Does that just mean that you can't move things around first?
