IL runs
I believe this ahs been asked in the past, and the answer is probably no. There is no easy way to reset ILs, and this game isn't super active, meaning that it would not get a lot of submissions. Also, all of the ILs would be trivially easy to tie world record on except for levels 3 and 5.
Practice Mod / Individual Level Board Open
There is now a Practice Mod for the Flash version of the game "60SBR_IGT", created by Sage (Zeekza). This allows you to replay and time individual Levels. You can find it as part of the Burger / Santa Run Collection
