I think that beating SaltyPastaCheeseMan is possible, but hard. Like, Matt turk's "Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!" Speedruns.

I'm sure it's possible to beat.

Only thing I can think that could be an issue is the timing method, might have to time it using the video, and not the RTA timing. I might take a look into how the game works and see what can be done.
