hey i am running rocket league basic training and i need the time without loads, how do I find this time?

How I do it is I upload a video on youtube, and then use youtube frame timer. I find the exact frame when the run starts, and the frame when it ends and put it in the site. It should show you your time. https://slashinfty.github.io/yt-frame-timer/

Time without loads starts the first frame when "welcome to tutorial!" appears. It ends on "Tutorial complete" pop-up.

The loading part is from the "loading" pop-up at the bottom right just after pressing start to the "welcome to tutorial" pop-up.
