Why is there no miliseconds :<
Cmon Look at Mushroom kingdom this is absurd, can someone please explain why this is literally the only game that doesn't use milliseconds?

Hello, I have went ahead and manually verified all Mushroom Kingdom's 17 seconds IL times. You can check them to see the re-balance of all the times. Thank you
I'll start slowly getting through the rest of the IL categories so all of them are timed with milliseconds.
Run timing changes
As some of you may have noticed, all new runs are now being timed with milliseconds, mostly to avoid a huge number of ties in IL runs. This means we will have to look through and retime all IL runs, as they do not currently use milliseconds. All IL runs with an unavailable video will be rejected
