Manually timed in Premiere Pro. 21 seconds and 28/60 frames + 1/5 of a frame (also accounting for consistency in frame-stepping) which adds 3.33ms to 21.4666 giving a final deduced time of 21.470. Thorough analysis between this run and Azure's concludes that this run is technically shy of wr by about between 1.5-3ms. Therefore I am giving this a time of 21.469 cuz 69 is funny number. But note it's most likely literally a 21.4695 but we don't count that small. - Aquatavius
