Intended lev 30 World Clear

Hello I’m new here and I have some questions about ring fit speed runs.

I noticed that there are not any intended non-any % clears on many worlds over 1 and 2. I’m curious why and how this works.

Another question involves experience level. If it is not any % and I try to speed run world 4, for example, I could start two ways:

  1. The experience level I am at at the beginning of World 4, assuming I went through one, two, and three straight through. Either fast as possible, or clearing everything just once.

  2. If I grind world one, two, and three continuously before starting 4 until I am at a higher experience level, I could be pretty high. Maybe endless (not sure). I think this is possible as it is a role playing game but I have not tested it.

So my question is how are these regulated? A good answer could use any world as an example. Like if I were to attempt to speed run the World 19, is there a starting experience level I should be at? I hope this is making sense.

Another variable I’m curious about also has to do with later worlds. Besides just experience levels, one can stack up smoothies (potions) as well before attempting. Meaning, doing some sort of money and ingredient grind earlier in the game could easily change the overall speed based around prep. This kind of relates to the previous question but still just curious about how this is regulated.

Thank you all for your help in clearing any of this for me.

So if I do an intended full game leaderboard speed run, and I’m on world five, I just show my stats and where I’m at at the beginning? Then go as fast as I can, and then following that I can do six? Sorry if I’m asking too much on specific. Again I’m new to this. And what is an IL?
