Fast Level 12

To execute this trick, you need to do Level 12 entirely normally until you get Key 1, at which point you wait at the edge of the pit closest to the key you just grabbed until just after the third remaining blue bar on your Flap Meter disappears. As soon as it disappears, hold Left and Up until you get the second Red 7 clock, when you need to turn around like normal, and then do the rest of the level as normal. If you end up too low, then you either went too early, too late, or you werent holding Up all the time.

Fast Level 3 (Consistent)

After the second jump, hold right and don't let go, and when there are three blue bars, tap up, and then when two blue bars remain, hold up and you should make it perfectly onto the ledge, skipping one jump cycle, saving around 1.98 seconds

In order to do this, hesitate for a fraction of a second before holding right. The aim is to jump off the platform before the pigeon gets past around the 3/4 mark of the platform. After the first jump, tap up in time with the flap meter, and you should rub against the side of the pillars and just make it up to the bread halfway through the cycle, saving a bit of time, but not as much as getting it randomly.

Fast Level 9 (Consistent)

In order to execute this correctly, grab the clock, hold right and rub against the wall, and just before you get to the end of the wall, hold up too, and you will make it past the spikes. The next jump should trigger before you land, smacking the pigeon's head into the ceiling, then landing back down on the bread. This trick is now a lot easier as you can line up perfectly and the margin of error is large.

I found yet another jump skip, this time saving a full jump cycle. For this one, jump off the starting platform and glide at the last second into the '4' clock that you would usually get at the end of the level. Getting this clock now saves 4 ticks in the cycle as we wouldn't grab it at the end anyway. Go through the rest of the level as usual, then wait on the last platform a little bit away from the spike, then hold left and up, clearing the spike as you jump, and hitting the very left corner of the ceiling. From here, just keep holding left and up and if you've hit the corner, you'll make it onto the ledge. If this is failed and you miss the ledge, just keep holding left and up and you should get a jump that boosts you onto the platform, saving no time.
I have also managed to clear the roof and make it to the end, which is actually a bit slower overall due to the rubbing against the last wall.

I found a new time save on level 9! (After 4 months...)
Here is the explanation:
I found another way to skip a jump cycle in level 9! At the start, after grabbing the '5' clock to jump again, go just to the left (or right) of the '2' clock, not touching it or the spikes. This will allow you to glide straight into the tunnel, and have enough time to exit without jumping into the spikes on the roof. Then, grab the next clock as usual, and glide at the last second to get underneath the underhang and jump into it, landing you on the bread.
This saves roughly 1.5 seconds, and can lower the best theoretical time to
2:47.397
