You need these files along with the downpatcher above to downpatch from 1.12 to 0.96. Unpack it and place the files in the main installation folder of Control where all the other .dll files are.

THINGS TO NOTE: If you're downpatching the steam version you don't need to delete any files. The savefile location after downpatching the steam version is located at: "C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\Remedy\Control"
