Tool: Autosplitter for [PS/Emu][USA] version

[USA version only]. To be used with LiveSplit app. Archive has scripts for 1.80 and 1.90 versions of ePSXe emulator. Script injects IGT into LiveSplit and makes it autosplit on most door/cutscene transitions.
