This save file has the Barrel Train, Toad/Toadette/Toad Kart, Special Cup, and All Cup Tour unlocked. The reason Petey and King Boo should not be unlocked is that they tend to be in 2nd place during Grand Prix and will frequently throw triple red shells at you (as they have the ability to get any special item).

Leaderboards have been divided into two different categories:
- Glitchless: MB, WS, MuC, BC, and any other future skips will be banned, as will Z-Tech. A-Tech, R-Tech, and L-
