Hi everyone, i was reading at some old post, and i read about the classic rebirth patch, is this allowed in runs?

Didn't want to make new thread, and this question is not a big deal.
I just recently started SR so I'm kinda low with knowledge in this game. I'm at the point where u talk to Barry (just before you go to pick-up grenade launcher or bazooka) and he gave me shells. Now I didn't see this happening on speedruns I watched. Is it random thing or somethings wrong? (I'm doing Jill any% NMG)

From what i remember from this game run, i guess you need to arrive to this point with a full inventory in order to him not giving you shells and skipping some seconds. Anyone correct me if i'm wrong

Exactly what SauceDallas93 said. You grab the two clips out of the bank and the herb just outside to fill up all 8 slots. You then use the FAS or herb to open a slot for the bazooka.

Yea, you wanna combine the clips either when you're equipping the bazooka or when you're using the chemical on the plant.
