I have this same issue, and hopefully someone else can explain it. I created a split for entering lisa's hut since it splits there and I'm not sure why. I also have issues where it doesn't split after the Lisa fight and Tyrant in the lab fight.

I had the same issue last night when trying to set splits for NG +. Thought it was cause I'd taken the grenade launcher split off.

well whoever has the correct file should replace the one we have now so its not a hassle. Just my opinion.

I have the same actually. No Split on the Tyrant. And Entering the Cabin splits for whatever reason. Did you get your autosplit file from the resources page?
