This was discussed long ago. The community decided to keep runs mixed. (plenty of other boards do the same thing) The rule has already been declared And settled. You have ways to buy Cero D , it's completely your choice if you decide to or not but don't claim that its unfair. welcome to speedrunning

Wouldn't this only be an issue for top times? You can still get top 10 without Cero D. It's not the best feeling to run with an immediate deficit but if no one is complaining when they're in the position where that deficit actually makes a difference then why complain when there's way more time to save through improvement first?

I ran this game a while ago for a very short period (thinking of coming back to it actually :p ) and yes it is somewhat annoying that you already have a garanteed timeloss compared to the "better" version. But as yossy pointed out this was established long time ago and as of yet there hasnt been a single person who could have achieved WR if not for playing the wrong version. Ive always been in favour of displaying what version was played to atleast have somewhat of an idea of who was playing what. In the end tho the boards decide and you will always have ideas and opinions that you dont agree with. So yeah welcome to speedrunning :)
