What's the difference between time without loads, time with loads and In game time?

Time with loads is real time. In game time ( shown at the end of each chapter) is the time from when you load in and between, so loads and your merchant screen dose not get timed. however load remover, is using real time but the timer will stop/ pause on load screens. New game on console run on real time (as there is no way to remove load times fairly). IGT for NG.+ new game on PC is timed via load remover if your running new game on console only submit time with loads, PC new game submit time with and without loads. NG+ just submit in game time
