I agree that verifying runs in the order they come in is probably a good idea, a la "first come, first served" but getting this worked up over it is a bit much. They're not reviewing mortgage applications here, it's going fast in a videogame.
the amount of runs re5 got does not even compare to what RE Remakes runs are getting.. in fact i'm pretty sure RE3R has already surpasses Re5 in submitted runs... so honestly no, you don't know what it's like. Moderators team up and tackle a big queue in many ways. One person may verify the top of the list (recent submissions) while another mod may do the bottom of the list.. Divide and conquer here people. It keeps mods from stepping on other mods toes when there are multiple people looking at a queue.
So yes it will happen, someone else who submitted after you may get verified first and you are going to have to deal with it.. if not well then Bye Felicia.
They are also getting everyones runs verified within 5 days. Its not like anyones waiting that long for their runs to be verified. And like @TeaTotalTemplar said, it would be nice if everything was done in order but complaining about such a minor thing is ridiculous.

I don't really think anything needs to be explained to this guy. He's just throwing a tantrum because we're trying to sensibly divide the work load and reviewing of runs, between newer and older. Explain all we want, but this guy is D o n e. Sorry for wasting your time.
I’m more than willing to give this a moment here, it will end up locked as I said to you, but let’s get it out since that’s where we are.
I’m not someone going around cussing out people on the boards or via DM’s. I don’t attempt to make people feel bad for their opinions and call them names or make statements directing to their intelligence. I don’t proclaim that people are lying with no basis to put behind it. That is however how you decided to address me after reading the post on the forums.
I’ve had messages from a lot of people in this community over various things that have been decided on, and not one of them, until you, have been even the slightest bit rude about it. So far, every person that has had something to say has gotten their chance. Even after you decided to take the route you did I asked that you not message me in that manner again and we could talk, or you could talk with a Full Mod about your issues if you didn’t think you could do that.
Idk what your experience with RE5 moderating has been, but it is an 11 year old game that has as many full game runs as this 8 day old game has, and if most of the submissions in queue were verified right now we’d have more than half of the total number of submissions that game has including IL’s, and again RE3R has been taking submissions for 8 days. How to handle this many runs in this short of a time is different from how you’d handle thIngs when a game has been around for a while and runs trickle in. I’ll also state, submissions do not show up in the order they are submitted to SRC in the submission queue. Anyone that has been a mod can vouch for that, the sorting is by the date of the run which is not the same thing as the time submitted.
I understand that people want runs verified as fast as they can get them, and we are working as hard as we can to get that done. The post I made was an attempt to be as open and honest about the process as we could be so people know what is going on. We have tried to keep a lot of communication going with the community on as many things as possible rather than hide what’s going on or ignore comments. I’m sorry your experience is ruined, but that’s on you. Being a mod doesn’t make me a punching bag for the statements you sent in dm with no real reason for being that way besides “I’m upset”.
