Resident Evil 3: Nemesis Forum  /  Srt issue

I tried to open the srt and it didn't open, the same happened with Livesplit, i'm using Windows 7 x64, does this programs work for x64 os?

This topic was fixed with the runner on Discord, reason was he was using a different version of the game.
