The end game stats screen must be displayed to know the IGT. That is the time we go by and submit to the leaderboards. If he does not show it his run can not be accepted. We are not voting on this it would not be fair.

I would recommend going into steam, right clicking the game, going to properties, and go to "verify file integrity". It sounds to me like something is corrupted in your file system for this to be happening to just you.

@SuperKingAndy Sorry I wish I had the answer to fix it. I went and posted this in the RE2 remake discord for ya. Hopefully someone will see it and can help you out.
