I know that I can't run the 120 fps so I was wondering if it is acceptable to just set the in game fps to 60 instead of downloading a program to cap my fps?

There is an option to have the FPS 60 at for the speedrun but regardless of what FPS you do..you MUST have a FPS counter displayed during your run.

Lower your resolution to make the 120fps. Its a bit faster bec knife dmg. Totaly different and faster route when you dont need the ammo for bosses
