Almost complete, besides medallion input delay times. Input delay in general in Re2 seems to be 8 frames at 120fps (0.066 repeating between inputs minimum), but there's still weird stuff with the medallions that warrants more testing. It's not really super important for now, but I'll append this once we bother to test that thoroughly. There is a weird rhythm to executing them to avoid dropped inputs and its difficult to explain at the moment.
